At this present time I cannot see another way so I have created some spare master copy Word 2000 compatible versions and I'll be testing them on the other label printers when I can this week. I showed my manager this method and he wasn't very pleased with it saying that its not right and shouldn't happen in word 2016 and that there must be another way. Paper source I ignored but printing from here now works perfectly, I can also save this file on the network and open it in word 2016, change the text and do whatever, if I do change the page setup though then it is impossible to change back without closing and not saving the file. I then went to paper size and manually entered my 4" x 2" measurements I then went to File > Page Setup and changed the margins to 0.1cm on the top and bottom and 0.2cm on the left and right margins. If the document is blank with no label outlines: Select the 'Table Tools' tab.

Users are on Windows 7 Pro and use a mixture of Office 2010, 2013, 2016 changing back to portrait means that the document no longer has the width, almost as if word has swapped one axis with the other, does anyone else have this trouble with Word. the page settings in Word seemed to be messed up, if i set the width to 10.16cm and the height to 5.08cm it then changes the document to a landscape page, which means that when the labels come out they come out the wrong way. Whenever I try to create a new word document and I copy the settings over from this old document perfectly it still refuses to print properly. before i joined the company apparently we used to have hundreds of word documents that printed in proper format on the printers (according to my users) but now we only have 1 left which works properly. The labels we use are all 4" x 2" (10.16cm x 5.08cm) thermal transfer labels. whenever one of the users wants to use Word to print out something like an address or shipping label Word will not format the page properly to support it, we are currently using a mixture of Zebra, Toshiba and Printronix label printers and they all for short when using Word which is why I'm guessing that Word is the issue. > I would also like the word template for the USPS label 228.We have several thermal transfer label printers in our company. > I would also like the word template for the USPS label 228.

Do you still have the template for USPS label 228? > Hello, I'm looking for a template for Microsoft Word. I really need something to help cut down on the time spent hand-addressing these labels. I would like to try out your template if you still have one available. On Friday, Ap10:15 PM Brad Rezac wrote:
